Bangladesh POUSH emphasizes the self improvement of women through education and employment. Ninety percent of the Bangladesh POUSH workers are women.
Bangladesh POUSH carries out research activities relating to various socio-economic & environmental tropics to strengthen the information and analytical base on development issues.

Management of Bangladesh POUSH top
Bangladesh POUSH is run by elected Executive Board. Election is held every two years and the Board members are elected by the general members. Bangladesh POUSH is staffed by a group of professionals responsible to under-take assignment, Planning, implementing, managing and evaluating projects, Programmes and initiatives.
The financial accounts of Bangladesh POUSH are annually audited in accordance with the regulation of the government of Bangladesh by a reputed Chartered Accounting Firm affiliated with NGO Affairs Bureau.
