Community based Institutional Plantation in Teknaf peninsula , Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh
The major objective of the project are Planting around 10000 saplings in teknaf peninsula
area for sustainable biodiversity environment improvement.
Major activities
- Planting sapling in local education institution yard.
- Collecting saplings from local nursery.
- Educating students about how to buy saplings keep and take care of it.
- Conducting mass mobilization campaign.
- Comunity based monitoring system will be provided to take care of the dead sapling.

Promoting Sustainable management of Bio-diversity in Teknaf Peninsula by the COVID affected
people The major objectives of the project are
Mobilizing the community towards sustainable harvesting and natural resources conservation on
the COVID-19 affected people by following the global SDG which includes:
- No poverty
- No hunger
- Life below water
- Life on land
- 1.Raising awareness inside the community
- 2.To identify the covid-19 impacts in the biodiversity of the peninsula including the
forest, costal, marine biodiversity.
Major activities
- Identify the impact of COVID-19 on the biodiversity.
- Mass awareness campaign and conservation of awareness knowledge on protection technology.
- Promotion of kitchen garden and encourage on planting .
- Support in total of 160 female farmers on kitchen garden.
- Planataton of 0.2 million native saplings
- Conductiong Workshops and survey over biodiversity conservation plan available to protect the
local biodiversity and natural resources.
- Hygienic dry fish processing for livelihood support.

Fisheries livelihood enhancement in the coastal area of the Bay Of Bengal
The major objective of the project are
- Overall improvement in the costal small communities of Cox Bazar
- Aiming to improve the overall income of fisher community by 2030/31
- To make drastically improvement in employment throughout the costal fisher communities on Cox Bazar
Major activities
- Conduct Baseline survey.
- Following overall FGSA guideline and evaluate activities.
- Support target communities for implementing activities to improve FVC to increase income from dish and fishery products.
- Provide technical support on identified techniques for pilot communities.
- Monitoring pilot project.
- Devolpe capacity assessment tools of facilitators for resource management.
