The major objective of the project are Planting around 10000 saplings in teknaf peninsula
area for sustainable biodiversity environment improvement.

Major activities

1. Planting sapling in local education institution yard.
2. Collecting saplings from local nursery.
3. Educating students about how to buy saplings keep and take care of it.
4. Conducting mass mobilization campaign.
5. Comunity based monitoring system will be provided to take care of the dead sapling.

1. 1.Raising awareness inside the community
2. 2.To identify the covid-19 impacts in the biodiversity of the peninsula including the
   forest, costal, marine biodiversity.

Major activities

1. Identify the impact of COVID-19 on the biodiversity.
2. Mass awareness campaign and conservation of awareness knowledge on protection technology.
3. Promotion of kitchen garden and encourage on planting .
4. Support in total of 160 female farmers on kitchen garden.
5. Planataton of 0.2 million native saplings
6. Conductiong Workshops and survey over biodiversity conservation plan available to protect the
   local biodiversity and natural resources.
7. Hygienic dry fish processing for livelihood support.

The major objective of the project are

1. Overall improvement in the costal small communities of Cox Bazar
2. Aiming to improve the overall income of fisher community by 2030/31
3. To make drastically improvement in employment throughout the costal fisher communities on Cox Bazar

Major activities

1. Conduct Baseline survey.
2. Following overall FGSA guideline and evaluate activities.
3. Support target communities for implementing activities to improve FVC to increase income from dish and fishery products.
4. Provide technical support on identified techniques for pilot communities.
5. Monitoring pilot project.
6. Devolpe capacity assessment tools of facilitators for resource management.
